Nestled in the heart of lush green forests, this unique tented camp sits in harmony with the surrounding nature. Inspired by the early European settlers from the 1800's, architect Bill Bensley designed Capella Ubud, Bali as a tribute to their spirit of adventure.

This refined camp is more than a hotel. Constructed within the trees and hidden from afar, it captures the imagination of those who seek a unique experience at the heart of Bali’s untouched natural surroundings.

Within the camp are twenty-two one-bedroom tents as well as one two-bedroom lodge, all with private salt water pools.

One-bedroom River, Rainforest or Valley Tents have large outdoor decks, indoor and outdoor bathrooms and unspoilt views. All have outdoor dining areas, oversized daybeds and private pools.

Guests have exclusive access to the "Officer’s Tent" living room and enjoy the tailored service of a Capella Culturist 24 hours a day.

Inspired by the spirit of discovery, the restaurants at Capella Ubud add an unexpected twist to traditional flavours, influenced by the jungle setting and local heritage.

Seasonal, sustainably-farmed ingredients are the priority at Mads Lange, while Api Jiwa cooks up intimate, authentic Asian barbecue food. Enjoy comforting camp snacks around the Camp Fire, as you listen to live storytelling or a nostalgic film.

The Soori Bali

Set on the edge of the ocean between Mount Batukaru and terraced rice fields, Soori Bali is a hidden refuge, rejuvenating and peaceful, where the architecture and aesthetics complement the beauty of natural surroundings.

Soori Bali offers 44 contemporary villas all of which offer flat screen TV, safe, private bathrooms and Wi-Fi.

Ocean Pool Villas are uniquely configured to maximise ocean views without compromising privacy.
